Meanwhile, the Earth-directed coronal mass ejection (CME) associated with the filament eruption near end-of-day September 28th has arrived.  Geomagnetic storm levels reaching the G2 (Moderate) level are possible through October 1st as Earth remains under the influence of this CME according to latest NOAA/SWPC warning.
