Partial-halo CME to deliver glancing blow on June 23
Filament eruption in the SSE quadrant of the Sun produced a partial-halo Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) first observed in coronagraph imagery near 08:45 UTC on June 19 (above). WSA-Enlil model suggests a glancing blow early on June 23.
Beta-Gamma-Delta classified Region 2371 produced two M-class solar flares since it rotated into Earth view a couple of days ago. Long duration M3.0 flare produced full-halo CME at 17:35 UTC on June 18 which will likely make a glancing blow at Earth late June 21 or early June 22.

The region's second M-class solar flare took place from 06:28 to 07:09 UTC, it peaked at 06:48 UTC as M1.0.
G1-Minor Geomagnetic Storm Watch is now in effect for the UTC day of June 22 through the 23rd.
