Solar halo optical phenomena observed in Sweden
The halos are caused by light refraction and reflection of millions of tiny ice crystals in high cirrus clouds. These high, thin clouds appear about 6 km (20 000 feet) or more above the ground, and are usually accompanied by a storm shortly after..
Ice crystals in cirrus clouds have to be oriented and positioned in just the right angle with respect to the eye of the observer, in order for the halo to be visible. This is what makes this optical phenomena so interesting, and personal, as well. Every person sees a different, unique halo, as the viewing angle is different for each observer.
Göran Strand from Sweden captured this photo of a solar halo that appeared around the statue in Badhusparken, Östersund in Sweden on Sunday, July 26.

“ice crystals”, NOT this is happening on a daily basis world wide from geoengineering. What you are seeing is the effect of particulates obscuring the suns rays and appearing as a halo. I’ve personally seen dozens of these in Oregon, USA over the last two years since I’ve become aware of geoengineering. Look at http://www.geoengineeringwatch.com
